So sweet! There are so many lovely details on this dress. It's made of lightweight sheer dotted Swiss cotton and has a pintuck and lace front, wide lace hem, gathered flutter sleeves, and a ribbon eyelet drawstring waist. Buttons halfway down the back with small shell buttons. Made in Wales, UK, by Laural Ashley.
