Underwater Fantasy Bag! The front starts with a base of what looks like white woven burlap, with felt fish and plants, seashell flowers, scattered beads and gold glitter glue, covered with clear plastic and framed with gold braid. The structure of the bag is made with strips of gold metal woven with white plastic. At the top, pearlized lucite handles and a gilded toggle clasp. The interior is two main chambers with zip and tuck pouches, all in white vinyl. Made in Hong Kong.

Measures 8.5" tall, 12" wide, 5" deep, and the handles rise 4.5" from the top of the bag.
