Vintage 40s dress in navy blue tulle with rose lace ruffles. Sweetheart neckline with gathered tulle straps and a full, flowing skirt. On the bodice, the lace is hidden beneath a layer of sheer tulle. The skirt portion has two rows of lace above the gathered ruffle at the hem. Fully lined with blue satin, metal side zipper. No maker’s tags.

Measures 40" bust and hips, 32" waist, 56" length.

Very good overall condition.
Notable issues: 1.) At some point in time the hem was tacked with hem tape, which is still faintly visible through the tulle.
2.) There are very faint dark areas under the arms, only on the rose lace that is hidden by the tulle. Very faint, not visible when worn.
