Oh, the glamorous 30s!
Deep blue bias-cut silk velvet dress with a matching pintucked bolero jacket. The dress is simple, a long draped A-line column with a gathered diamond bustline, v-neck and back. Matching velvet belt is (miraculously!) included. The jacket has a ruffle neckline puff sleeves, and a tie front. No maker's tags.

Measures 34" bust and hips, 28" waist, 58" length.

Very good condition, with the following notes:
There is a bit of mild color fade to the velvet that has proved so far impossible to capture in a photograph - on the front, there is a spot and a few streaks where the deep blue fades to a deep green-ish blue. It's not prominent from a distance when worn, but up close it's visible. There are also a few brown threads on the dress, notable in the center V front, as though there was an embellishment (flower?) that has been removed. Other than that, the dress and fabric are in wonderful condition, very wearable as is, and completely gorgeous.
